Overwhelmed with home repairs? You've come to the right place.
Instructions and Eligibility Requirements
- Your home must be within our service area.
- You must own your home and have lived in it for at least three years.
- You will need to intend to remain in it for at least three years after receiving repairs from Rebuilding Together.
- The total gross combined income for all residents 18 and older of your home, including any rental income, must be less than the amount shown below (based on the number of residents in your home).

Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for free home repairs, you must meet the following minimum requirements:
- Property address must be in one of the twenty-five service area zip codes: 90001, 90003, 90007, 90008, 90011, 90016, 90018, 90021, 90023, 90029, 90037, 90043, 90044, 90047, 90058, 90059, 90062, 90089, 90230, 90232, 90056, 90302, 90301, 90304, 90303, 90305.
- Property must be an owner-occupied single-family house, condominium, or townhome in the designated service area zip codes.
- Applicant cannot own additional properties nor receive rental income unless it is from the primary residence.
- Applicant must have owned home for at least three years.
- If services are provided, applicant must remain in the home for a minimum of three years after services are completed.
- Mortgage, property taxes and insurance must be current. Documentation required.
- Applicant must meet the income requirements (shown in the graph below).
- Income from all household members over the age of 18 is required.
- Mobile or manufactured homes are not eligible for this program.
